Custom labels and packaging requests can often be accommodated, such as specialty boxes or labels ("from my shower to yours," for example).

For custom soap orders:

• a minimum order of one loaf of soap is required, which yields 10 full size bars or 20 half-sized bars
• a minimum lead time of 6 weeks, as soaps need at least 4 week to cure
• additional lead time required for quantities above 50 and for specialty packaging requests
• bulk orders (20+) are excluded from free shipping offers as parcels are heavy, require more fill, and larger boxes to ship
• pricing determined by quantity, higher discount with larger quantities, as well as complexity, specialty packaging, and ingredients
• each order will be assessed a standard custom order fee for labor, time, design, customizations, and formulation (if needed), fee based on complexity
• quote will be emailed within 2-4 business days, and is valid for 7 business days to provide ample time to decide or make any changes. Please respond within this timeframe in order to be added to the books. Failure to respond runs the risk of not having sufficient time to complete your order, especially important for special events.

Do you own a boutique, salon, spa, or hotel? We'd love to create a custom soap for your location. Custom soap orders are not available as private/white label for businesses. All soaps will be branded and labeled as Lather and Soul Skincare soaps.
